Vínstofa Friðheima – winebar & restaurant is a restaurant, bar and workspace located in one of our oldest greenhouses on the Friðheimar estate. Here, you can enjoy a quality glass of wine, lunch or dinner, meet friends, read a book, or get some work done.
You are warmly welcome, with no need to book in advance unless your group is larger than 5 pax.
At the Vínstofa Friðheima, we offer three fully-equipped meeting rooms, ideal for meetings and workshops for workplaces and smaller groups (maximum 20 people).

Vínstofa Friðheima – winebar and restaurant is open every day from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It is situated in one of our oldest greenhouses on the Friðheimar estate. We recommend parking in the Friðheimar car park.

Concert with Bríet
We’re kicking off the autumn season in style as Bríet takes the stage at Vínstofa Friðheima on Thursday, September 4th at 20:00.
Bríet is one of Iceland’s most beloved singers and songwriters, captivating audiences with her distinctive voice, sincerity, and beautiful songwriting. At the concert, she will be joined by keyboardist Magnús Jóhann, performing new material alongside some of her biggest hits.
The concert will take place in the warm and intimate atmosphere of the Wine Bar — a unique opportunity to experience Bríet’s music up close.
